IM 2005 Registration Desk is located in the main hall of the Acropolis
Exhibition Center. All attendees must register upon arrival and receive
a conference badge in order to participate to the symposium activities.

A badge will be provided
which will authorise access to the Symposium Sessions. You are requested
to wear the badge during all IM 2005 events.
The IM 2005 Office will be located in the Registration Area at the Acropolis
Exhibition Center. The IM 2005 staff will be available to assist symposium
attendees, speakers, and committee members with any needs that arise during
& CONFERENCE RECORD
All symposium attendees will receive the proceedings, a hard covered book
with the CD-Rom in the back cover. It will be distributed to attendees
at the « Registration Desk ». Additional CD’s of the
Conference Record may be purchased at the Registration Desk for 80 Euros.
From Sunday 15 May to Thursday 19 May, coffee breaks will take place from
10:00 to 10:30 and from 15:00 to 15:30 in the Acropolis Exhibition Center,
Themis area, Level 2.
Lunches from Monday 16 May to Thursday 18 May are included in the IM 2005
Symposium Registration. Lunches will be held in the Acropolis Exhibition
Center, Level 2.
for E2EMon and Selfman workshops attendees on Sunday 15 May and on Thursday
19 May are included in the Workshops Registration. Workshops lunches will
be held in the Restaurant « Côté Jardin » in
the Novotel located next to the Acropolis Exhibition Center. Lunch tickets
will be given to the workshops attendees at the Registration Desk with
Banquet will be held on Monday 16 May and is included in the Presenter
and Full Registration. Individual tickets to Symposium Banquet are available
for an additional fee for guests and other conference attendees. You may
purchase additional tickets at the registration desk for 80 Euros.
Free WIFI Internet access will be available for Symposium attendees

Some cash advance machines (ATM) are located close to the Acropolis Exhibition
Temperature in May may be warm in Nice (19-25 degrees Celsius). A light
overcoat is advisable. Casual business dress is recommended for sessions
at IM 2005.
The organisers cannot be held responsible for accidents to Symposium attendees
or for damage to, or loss of, their personal property however caused.
Registrants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.
